We will improve the economic model of the Swarm network

Swarm is a distributed storage and communication network node system, which stores the files on each node by tying them into small squares. And the node is responsible for the functions, such as the files maintenance, de-duplication, fault tolerance, distribution, encryption, calling, etc.

However, due to the design of the existing Swarm network itself and the influence of the Bonding Curve token issuance model, the nodes cannot obtain effective contribution rewards. This problem will cause the “idling” of Swarm network and it cannot operate normally and stably.

Based on feedback and suggestions from all parties, we have developed a new set of high performance communication protocol plug-in solutions, i.e. namely the Swarm/Nbzz network node system against such problems. The solution aims to enhance and improve the usability of the Swarm network, so that nodes can get better contribution incentives. In addition, the Swarm/Nbzz protocol is completely open source and runs on the SWARM network, and all Swarm/Bzz nodes can be built through our guideline.

At present, we are developing and testing the new communication network protocol Swarm/Nbzz, and the test network is expected to be launched on August 11, 2021, let’s stay tuned.
